Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use gridmaps.tech, run by GridMaps, a software development studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. GridMaps is a trading name of 36 Holding Ltd, a company registered in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the site you agree to them. Any project, retainer or white-label engagement is covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.

Using the site

  • Use the site lawfully and do not try to disrupt it, access the admin area or other people’s data, or send spam through our forms.
  • Information you send us must be accurate and yours to share.

Content and intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics and code belong to GridMaps or are used with permission. Case studies describe work we delivered; the brands and products shown belong to their owners. You may share links to our pages but may not copy the site or its content for commercial use without our written permission.

Prices and packages

Prices on the site are in US dollars and exclude VAT, GST or other local taxes unless stated. Monthly package prices are fixed. Prices shown as “from” are confirmed in a written quote before we start, together with the scope and timeline. We may change packages and prices at any time; changes do not affect work already agreed.

Billing and cancellation

  • Monthly packages and care plans are billed monthly in advance and renew each month.
  • Either side may cancel a monthly package or care plan with 14 days’ written notice before the next billing date.
  • Projects under $2,000 are paid half before work starts and half at launch. Larger projects are paid in milestones agreed in writing before work starts.
  • You own the code and designs we produce for you once the final invoice for them is paid.

White-label and client work

For agency partners, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before we see client details. Ownership of the code and designs we produce, confidentiality, payment terms and liability are set out in the agreement for each engagement.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific situation.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, GridMaps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party services, such as Calendly and live client websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes and contact
